WHAT DROVE THEM INTO ACTING SUCH BIZARRE ROLES?

Is it the money or the quest for fame that drives some actors and actresses into accepting bizarre roles they tend to regret much later.

A scenario is playing out here. The picture above is a location picture of the yet to be released Yoruba movie, Ore produced by pretty actress, Biodun Okeowo and it displays the actress kissing Kunle Adegbite who happens to be the director of the movie. The duo physically harassed a reporter from City People Magazine, Gbolahan Adetayo over a love story he wrote about them. In as much as this picture was just make believe, how then did it translate to reality and the actors vented their anger at the journalist for disclosing what was happening behind the scene.

It was like another scene in a movie when the fair skinned actor and lover boy, Kunle Adegbite was said to have ruffled the clothes of the reporter at LTV 8 premises in Ikeja, shouting and raining all manner of curses on him. He went to the extent of landing a heavy slap on his face and calling him a bastard and threatening to deal with him spiritually.
The Tolani Osinrin actress at the centre of the story was not remorseful after she was made to respond to the alleged threat stating that it served him right for publishing such malicious stories about them.
The management of City People Magazine has decided to take the case up against the actors who should be role models not hooligans. The actors have not apologized as at the time of filing this report.
The story published was with the headline, MARRIAGE TALES TRAIL NOLLYWOOD ACTRESS BIODUN OKEOWO & KUNLE ADEGBITE.

Blinded by pecuniary rewards or even fleeting pleasures, most actors lose their heads before the cameras only to turn around and rue their actions. Just recently, the man that played the lead role in all the er*tic scenes in Afrocandy's destructive instinct asked that the movie trailer be removed from the internet. In fact he even wanted the movie entirely removed thus leaving one wondering what actually informed his decision to feature in the movie in the first place. An obviously bemused Afrocandy replied him with this technical knock out of sorts:

Just as they say: look before you leap in front of the cameras lest you rue your acts when the chips are finally down.
